I purchased a sofa online with 1stopbedroom and as soon as it was delivered Saturday 8/27 I let the delivery service and 1stopbedroom that the measurements on their website do not match the sofa I purchased. The delivery company even said, that if there is anything wrong with them to notify them and they can pick it up within 48hrs hours from delivery but need approval from 1stopbedroom. On Sunday 8/28, I was able to get a hold of a human and placed a claim. I have been reaching out daily either email or phone and I am not getting anywhere. Their on hold times are over an hour for the claim the department and they tend to disconnect the call. Please please please please help me to get this sofa out of my house and money refunded.
